Melty Sweet & Salty Perfection!
Boy am I glad I came across this goodie. It adds the perfect hint of sweetness and saltiness to a dish, just like the real thang! It melts in your food like the dairy version too. It’s THE PERFECT substitute. I’m actually drooling at the thought of having some right now over tomato & basil pasta. Deeeelish!
It only takes a few minutes to whip together and is so worth the extra little effort.
Complete perfection, with a few added healthy bonuses over the real thing to boot. Vitamin B12 and Omega 3 anyone? Yes please! Yay for anti-inflammatory foods!

- Prep Time: 5m
- Cook Time: 1m
- Total Time: 5m
- 1 c Raw cashews (I find whole cashews work best)
- 1/4 c Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse blend until it forms a powder. Remove any larger unblended bits. ***Warning: Excessive blending can result in a clumpy, sticky end-product. If this happens, break apart clumps with fork or fingers.
- Keeps in the fridge for weeks. Enjoy!
